Terms & Conditions

While we have made every effort to ensure all descriptions, images and specifications of the contents of each gift are as accurate as possible, occasionally some items and colours may vary. We reserve the right to replace an item where required with an item of equal or higher quality and value.

All prices are displayed in GBP. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gift, but should you wish to return an order, please email rebecca@bookdragoncavern.co.uk with notification of the reason for return, within 7 days of receipt of your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging with your full name, address including postcode and telephone number together with the reason for return. Refunds will be made within 30 days at the discretion of Book Dragon Cavern. The delivery cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer and will only be reimbursed by Book Dragon Cavern in the event of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. For your protection, please ensure all returned items are sent using recorded delivery. If a gift is returned due to an incomplete delivery address, restocking charges may be deducted from any refund total.
